How do I customize my information? No problem, your HomeCompanion Pro team creates the customization for you. In order to keep the costs down, and to provide you with a great working product quickly, we have elected to make the customizations for you instead of having you do them yourself. After we have completed the customization process, we email a link to down load the finished version. After you review it, if you want to make any changes we will make them for you and then send you the new file.
What if I want to make changes in the future? If you switch companies or addresses or any other product or contact information, we will make any updates for you for an update fee of $29.00
Can I add articles and videos? No, however you can omit certain articles or videos if you choose.
Does HomeCompanion Pro install anything on my client's computer? No, everything is self-contained on the CD. Nothing is installed on your client's computer.
What is required to run HomeCompanion Pro? Your HomeCompanion Pro software is designed to work on any Windows based platform. However, your software is designed to take full advantage of the lastest technologies. Your clients must have the lastest Windows drivers installed on their system (for example Windows Media Player 9.0 or above, Windows Media Player 8.0 will not work)
Do the business card CDs come with HomeCompanion Pro pre-installed (pre-burned) No, the business card CDs are shipped to you blank. You must copy the software from your hard drive to the CD. It's easy to do, just follow the instructions located on the home page of this website.
What are my rights to use this product? You may distribute or make copies of the complete HomeCompanion Pro software an unlimited amount of times and you may distribute it on any media that that you like. However, you may not break up or reverse engineer the software in anyway to resell any individual component or distrubute any individual component in any way. Other than that, make a gazillion copies and get more referrals!
